Import purchases

No patient information. Charts, insurance cards, and treatment records are not allowed.

1. Forward-to address (primary)

After you log in, your office gets a unique address like office-<token>@inbound.example. Forward supplier order-confirmation emails with PDF attachments. A Worker parses PDFs into line items. Email Routing is designed but not enabled on any zone yet.

2. PDF upload

Requires login. Files are stored for your office only.

3. CSV import

Columns: supplier_sku, description, pack_size, qty, unit_price (optional manufacturer, mpn, order_number, order_date).

Gmail

coming soon Gmail import is not available. There is no Connect Gmail button. Customer import does not use Gmail OAuth (restricted scope).
